Art. 29 A - Freedom of the Media

1) In any matter the manifestation of thought is free, by the media or by the tribune, without dependence on censorship, responding each one for the abuses to commit; in the cases and in the forms that the law determines.

1.1) Anonymity is not allowed. 1.2) Full Freedom, with full Social Responsibility. 2) Every citizen is guaranteed the ability to express his thoughts through oral, written and mime; or combinations of them (filmed, televizada or other electronic forms), without the Temporary Power, the Government proper, to submit the previous censorship. 2.1) The Citizen is responsible to the law, for the abuses that commit, using that freedom. 2.1.1) the abuses committed will be punished when the disturbance of the material order occurs; and where the freedom of some offend the freedom others.
